Do you know that your urine color can say something about your state of health? Severity of dehydration can be monitored through the shade of your pee. The darker the fluid you leak the more dehydrated you might be.

The following are indications of early dehydration.

  • nausea
  • weakness
  • fatigue
  • walking funny or unsteady
  • muscle cramps.

While the Serious signs are:

  • Vomiting
  • Confusion
  • Agitation
  • High body temperature
  • Confusion
  • Convulsions
  • Unresponsiveness

Causes of Dehydration

  • acute diarrhea and frequent throw-up
  • drinking a lot of caffeinated drink
  • drinking plenty of sugary drinks
  • running, long walks and exercise
  • over sun exposure
  • high body temperature/high grade fever

The more we sweat the more fluids are taken out from our body, so we need to replenish the lost fluids and experts highly recommend to drink at least 7-8 glasses of water daily.

  2. try to put a bottle of water beside you while working on your blogs, sip na lang little every now and then, then refill pag naubos na, that’s what i do, it might help you too 🙂

  4. I haven’t thought about Bella kasi umiihi sa sahig or sa diapers yun eh. Pero I made her drink cranberry juice. As for water, mag aaway muna kami baka maka ubos ng water. Waaaaahhh!!!

  5. I drink lots of caffeinated drinks and down just few glass of water, that’s why my urine color is a bit yellowish.
