You’ve no doubt worked hard to establish healthier eating habits. Now the trick is maintaining your progress and that means keeping your diet consistent and sensible into the future. One of the best ways to do this is to stick to a schedule that stays stable no matter what else is going on in your life.

Make it a point to eat breakfast every day to help keep your metabolism high and your appetite in check. It’s also important to plan meals ahead, especially when it comes to vacations, weekends, and so forth. In order to remain successful yourself, this is what you should be aiming for as well.

Of course, this doesn’t mean that you need to get all 60-90 minutes of activity out of the way all at once. You’ll be just as successful at keeping your weight down and staying healthy if you take several short walks a day or combine a short standard workout with light housework.   1. I wish I can loss weight easily…looking forward for the summer so I can get in shape again. It’s hard to exercise outdoor when the weather is cold.

  2. I do journals too on my food intake. Though lately I started a photo journal. Taking pictures with my phone of what I eat. It’s easier.
