Is finding a new way to get fit getting you down? It’s never easy finding the fitness regime that’s right for you. Don’t limit yourself to conventional options though; there are loads of strange and unconventional ways in which you can get fit and shed a few pounds. Running and swimming might be the right thing for some people, but it’s by no means the only way to go. You can play it with one other person or in a big group. Chasing that frisbee will help you burn fat and have fun.
